Healthy Ranch Dressing

½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup non-fat buttermilk
2 Tbsp. light mayo
1 to 2 Tbsp. Halladay's Harvest Ranch Seasoning

Whisk together ingredients. Let chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Light Chicken Pasta Salad

½ cup regular or light mayo
½ cup non-fat buttermilk
1 Tbsp. Halladay's Harvest Ranch Seasoning
8 oz. large shell pasta
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups arugula
1 cup cooked chopped chicken

Blend mayo, buttermilk, and Harvest Ranch Seasoning. Chill for at least one hour.  Cook pasta according to directions on package, adding in the peas during the last minute of cooking. Drain and set aside.  Combine pasta, peas, chicken and arugula in a bowl. Add desired amount of dressing just before serving

Creamy Shrimp Salad on Cucumber Rounds

¾ lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked and chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. light mayo
1 Tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt
1 to 2 tsps. Halladay's Spicy Garlic Dill Seasoning
1 large cucumber, cut into 30 thin slices

Combine all ingredients except cucumber; salt and pepper to taste. Arrange cucumber slices on a platter. Top each slice with a tablespoon of shrimp salad and dust lightly with seasoning for garnish.

Creamy Salad Dressing- Low fat

1 cup low fat yogurt (regular or Greek)
2 Tbsp. of selected vinegar; cider, wine, tarragon, or balsamic
2 Tbsp. Halladay's Buffalo Chicken & Blue Cheese Seasoning
Tbsp. honey

Whisk together ingredients until well blended. Add 2-4 Tbsp. of oil or milk to thin, if desired.

Ranch Dressing

½ cup light or regular sour cream
½ cup light or regular mayo
1 to 2 Tbsp. Halladay's Harvest Ranch Seasoning
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk

Whisk together sour cream, mayo and seasoning. Whisk in milk to desired consistency.
