Chicken Enchilada Soup
3 cups water
1 (15 oz.) can red or black beans
1 cup salsa
1 package Halladay’s Chicken Enchilada Soup
6 oz. cooked chicken, optional
Combine water, beans, salsa and package contents in a stockpot. Simmer 15-20 minutes, or until contents are tender. Add chicken, if desired.
