OUR FAVORITE RECIPES FOR HOLIDAY PARTIES

As the Holidays approach we are all looking forward to gathering with family and friends again. While we all had a bit of a different reality last year, it’s time to plan some fun this year. Many of us are trying to balance between the slower pace we got used to during Covid, with the “I want to fit it all in” excitement of the upcoming holidays.

We have gathered some of our most popular recipes that are the hit of every party. With a few basic Halladay’s Harvest Barn Seasonings on hand, and a few fresh ingredients, you can pull a party together without the stress and mess!

SPINACH ARTICHOKE BAKED DIP

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

½ cup mayo

½ cup sour cream

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup mozzarella (or other cheese), shredded

2 Tbsp. Halladay'sSpinach & Artichoke Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fold into a 9" decorative pie plate or ramekin. Bake until hot and bubbly.

MAPLE BACON DEVILED EGGS

6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled

1 to 2 Tbsp. Halladay'sMaple Bacon Seasoning

3 Tbsp. mayo

1 Tbsp. white or apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

2 pieces of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, for garnish (optional)

Cut cooked eggs in two, removing the yolks and setting aside the whites. Crush yolks with a fork, add Halladay'sMaple Bacon Seasoning, mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle cooked bacon crumbles on top, if desired.

ORANGE CHIPOTLE COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

1 Tbsp. Halladay'sGarlic Chipotle Seasoning

1 Tbsp. orange juice

1 cup barbecue sauce

1 to 2 Tbsp maple syrup, optional

1 (1 lb.) bag frozen cocktail sized Swedish style meatballs, defrosted

Combine seasoning, juice, barbeque sauce and syrup; heat in small saucepan. Add meatballs and heat through. Serve warm.

SCAMPI DIP

1 Tbsp. Halladay'sScampi Bistro Pasta Seasoning

2 Tbsp. butter

1 (8 oz.) small shrimp

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayo

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Squeeze of lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Saut seasoning in butter until slightly browned; combine with remaining ingredients, reserving cup of mozzarella. Pour into small baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly.

BAKED LOBSTER DIP

1 cup mayo

1 Tbsp.New England Lobster Farmhouse Artisan Dip

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cooked lobster (or shrimp or crabmeat), chopped

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Combine ingredients; pour into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
