Garlic Parmesan, Yes Please
Each year we research new flavor trends and brainstorm new mix ideas for the season. Once we have a good sampling of ideas for new blends we reach out to our loyal fans via a survey to get feedback. After we tabulate the favorites, we head to the kitchen and begin mixing, testing, and tasting.
Garlic Parmesan was the clear favorite this year. As this blend came together, we discovered we loved it as much for its versatility as a cooking blend, as well as its great taste as a dip.
We spent several weeks in the kitchen working on our new cookbook. Every recipe we created with the Garlic Parmesan Blend was a winner. The mild garlic and tangy grated cheese flavors shone through in every dish.
Here are some of our favorite recipes for you to enjoy.
GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS
These are so easy to make and come out crispy and golden in the air fryer. Top salads with them, serve as an appetizer, or enjoy them as a main dish.

1 lb chicken tenders
2 Tbsp. Halladay’s Garlic Parmesan Dip and Seasoning Blend
2 eggs, well beaten
½ cup Panko crumbs
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Prepare to dredge chicken by adding Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, eggs, and panko crumbs to their own plates or shallow dishes.
Dip chicken into Garlic Parmesan seasoning, then egg mixture, then panko crumbs, make sure to cover both sides.
Place tenders into the air fryer basket in a single layer; spray the top with some cooking spray. Fry for 7 minutes, then flip over. Spray the tops again and fry for another 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
GARLIC PARMESAN LEMON ORZO
This dish may very well make it onto your weekly dinner rotation. Mix it up by adding shrimp, chicken, or even cooked steak tips. It’s creamy, filling and delicious.

1 ½ cups orzo
¼ tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Halladay’s Garlic Parmesan Dip and Seasoning Blend
1 lb. shrimp
Juice and zest of one large lemon
½ cup grated parmesan cheese, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook orzo in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, Garlic Parmesan Seasoning and shrimp; cook shrimp for 2 to 5 minutes, until pink and opaque.
Add lemon juice and zest to the cooked and drained orzo. Stir in grated parmesan cheese, if desired, then salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked shrimp and serve.
Try adding peas, lightly steamed broccoli, asparagus, or other veggies of choice for different variations.
GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS
These wings are decadent with a buttery, cheesy garlic sauce. Make more than you think you need, they will disappear quickly!

2 lbs chicken wings
2 Tbsp. Halladay’s Garlic Parmesan Dip & Seasoning Blend
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Cut and separate the wings, if desired, and pat dry. Toss wings with melted butter; add seasoning and toss to coat the wings.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Place chicken wings in the air fryer so that they are not touching (cook in 2 batches if needed). Cook for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 400°F. Flip the wings and cook until crisp and golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.
