Burger Grilling Tips

With Memorial Day behind us, summer is now in full gear! It’s time to fire up the grill and gather with friends and family. It’s also time for burgers and dogs!  

Our Vermont Special Sauce is the perfect condiment for grilling season. Add some of this tasty blend to ketchup and mayo for the perfect sauce; great as a burger topping or for dipping French fries and grill potatoes.

   

Burgers on the grill tend to either be perfect and delicious, or somehow turn into cardboard. We have a few tips for great burgers every time.

Burger Grilling and Serving Tips:

 - 80/20 is the best ground beef mix for juicy burgers
 - Step it up another notch with grass fed local Wagyu beef
 - Brioche buns step up your burger!
 - Add a dollop of mayo to your raw burger for extra moistness
 - Add an ice cube to the center of your burger before cooking
 - Clean your grill with onion to add flavor
 - Add one of Halladay's delicious Burger Seasonings
