Chardonnay

This delicious new seasoning is great as a dip or wonderful used in cooking. Sprinkle a tablespoon of the dry herb mix in vegetables such as zucchini & mushrooms or snowpeas when almost cooked. Rub a little olive oil onto a whole chicken and dust chicken with a tablespoon or two of Chardonnay blend before roasting.
